How do you make people care about an internet service provider on Instagram?
You launch their account as the place to go for a behind-the-scenes look at some of America's biggest stages, including Coachella, Billboard, and Country Music Awards. I was tasked with creating an ownable look that would make Xfinity stand out on the platform.
Step 1. I Re-imagined Xfinity's Dynamic X to capture the sprit of self expression and the energy of the live events their team would be covering on the ground.

Step 2. I created a look and feel that would separate Xfinity from other live content feeds, designed bespoke Story cards that could be static or animated, and would accompany the live content teams were capturing at the events.




Step 3. Applied look to static images to create a unique and own-able feed.

​​Using in-platform tools like Giphy Stickers, I was able
to use moments of fandom to direct viewers toward relevant product features like the x1 Serch on Command feature seen here in a spot for Coachella

By making Xfinity's Instagram a source of entertainment with an ownable look, I set them apart from their competitors and gave fans across a wide range of interests a reason to follow them.
